Perrine Dhaisne

Midwife - Pregnancy birth and beyond training
I qualified as a midwife over 13 years ago and I now practice as a Midwifery Sister in Surrey. I am trained in Aromatherapy for childbirth and Biomechanics for Birth and have a special interest in women’s health. I am also a Health and Wellbeing Ambassador at my Trust. I have experienced the benefits of yoga and yoga in pregnancy first hand and as a midwife. I believe the practice of yoga has many health benefits for women, birthing people and their babies: not only does it contribute to preparing for birth – any birth -, it also helps on the pregnancy journey and postnatal recovery, physically and emotionally. Yoga is a wonderful ally when becoming a parent. I will be joining Kate and Louise to facilitate your learning on different aspects of the physiology of pregnancy, birth and beyond as well as anatomy. This will enable you to optimise your classes and adapt to individuals. I look forward to meeting you all !
