Village Yoga - In Person With Louise

Louise is currently teaching a regular in person class in her new location (since Summer 2025) These classes are suitable for different levels of experience from beginner to more experienced but are not recommended for complete beginners, some knowledge of Yoga postures and breathing, however 'rusty' or little, is needed. The small group setting allows for students to be guided through options according to level/ how they are on the day. Very inclusive and interactive teaching
